As a supplier you deal direct with Australia Post and their consultant, Spire.  Spire will assess your product’s suitability for the Korean market and participation in the Oz Mall project. This service is free. The assessment usually takes only a few weeks.

Once your product had been accepted for participation in the Oz Mall project you set a pricing schedule (reviewable regularly) and Australia Post arranges for Korea Post to offer your product on the Oz Mall section of the Korea Post website. Korean consumers will then place their order for your product via that website. The customer feels they are in the Korea Post internet shopping mall giving your product immediate credibility.

When you fill orders they are dispatched via Australia Post.  Korea Post collects payment from the customer and pays you in Australian dollars thus reducing the risk associated with currency fluctuations.
